Our Founder
Rhae Kendrigan is a socially and environmentally engaged artist and producer living and working across regional victoria.
With 20 years experience in the community sector spanning the arts, local food systems and community planning, they bring systems thinking, creativity and collaborative networking to everything they do. Rhae is passionate about building strong rural and regional communities through manifesting a strong sense of place.
Their work as a practicing artist explores the intersections between body and place, serving as a process for understanding systems awareness.
Rhae has completed a Regenerative Practitioner course through the Regenesis Institute enabling them to further deepen their systems thinking and ability to manifest regenerative potential in projects and communities.
Rhae was a part of the 2024 CASE Incubator Program with the CAD Factory- a professional development, knowledge sharing and mentorship program for artists working within the context of socially engaged art practice.
In 2020 they were in the ADAPT Regional Climate Change Leadership Program cohort representing NW Victoria.
Their education includes graduating first class from a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours, Certificate III in Entrepreneurship & New Business, Community Services and Music Industry.
“I have had the pleasure of working with Rhae on multiple collaborative projects, sometimes where I have contracted Regenerative Communities, and sometimes when I have been contracted by Regenerative Communities. What I love about working with Rhae is that at the same time as being organised and making sure the job gets done, there is a focus on being. How do we want to be, in delivering our work? This approach imbues Rhae's work with reflection, care and depth. Rhae listens deeply and works with integrity and creativity. More please!”
